The home inspection from Wisconsin Home Inspections LLC is a complete, in-depth visual examination of the structure and operating components of your new home. Paul will personally perform your inspection.
 
Your inspection with Wisconsin Home Inspections LLC will take approximately between two and three hours. You are welcome to follow along and ask as many questions about your new home as you want.

We check for evidence of water penetration, and we inspect the materials and their condition.
 
Siding, Trim Windows & Storms
We inspect their general condition.
 
Landscaping
We survey proper grading and examine its effects on the foundation.
 
Gutters & Downspouts
We look at their overall condition and their ability to carry off rainwater, and we’ll also inspect for effects of moisture in the basement.
 
Driveways, Patios, Decks & Porches
We check over their general condition.
 
Air Conditioner Compressor
 
Interior Components
 
Heating System
We examine the visible portion of the heating plant and its components.
 
Plumbing System
We test all visible fixtures, pipes and drains for operation.
 
Electrical System
We inspect the outside-entrance wiring, the service panel and all other visible wiring. We also randomly test outlets.
 
Walls, Floors, Ceilings & Windows
We scrutinize their general condition.
 
Attic
We observe all visible roof sheathing, ventilation, insulation and framing.
 
Basement & Structure
We analyze the foundation to discern how sound it is, checking for evidence of moisture penetration.
